PURPOSES AND METHODS OF PROCESSING

NAVIGATION DATA

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

This information refers to the data voluntarily provided by the user.
RESERVE: We inform you that the data provided will be used exclusively to follow up the proposed request. The acquired data will be kept only for the time necessary to provide you with feedback. This processing is done on the basis of your consent given.  Any denial of processing will result in the impossibility of fulfilling your request. Any further purposes related to marketing activities (sending advertising and/or promotional material) will be subject to specific and separate consent.
NEWSLETTER: the data acquired will be used to send informative and promotional material related to our hotel, such as, but not limited to, events, events of various kinds, offers. Yours will be stored and processed for the same purpose until the interested party makes a request for cancellation/disclosure through the channels provided. Any further purposes related to marketing activities (sending of advertising and/or promotional material) will be subject to specific and separate consent.

The above-mentioned processing takes place in a purely computerized mode but does not exclude processing in paper mode. Your data may be communicated to subjects considered recipients under art. 4 or data processors under art.28 of the (EU) Regulations in charge of functions designed to respond to your request made to us.

DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Your data will in no way be transferred to third countries outside the EU or international organizations nor will it be stored on servers located in a third country.
